Terms & Purchase Conditions

These terms cover buying and using Trueflow’s paid products — mainly the Into the Zone course. They’re written to be readable, not to trap you. If anything here is unclear, email hello@trueflowinaction.com before you buy and we’ll explain it.

1. What you’re buying

When you purchase a course you get access to its lessons, drills, workbook, meditations and (on the relevant tier) the live calls and community, as described on the sales page at the time of purchase. It is performance-psychology education and training — a structured programme you work through — not a service that trades for you or manages money on your behalf.

2. Pricing & payment

Prices are shown on the course page and charged in the currency displayed at checkout, through our payment provider. We don’t store your card details. Any founding-cohort or launch pricing is honestly time-bound — we don’t use fake countdown timers or fake scarcity. The price you pay is the price shown when you buy.

3. Access

Core access is granted for the term stated on the sales page (for example, lifetime access to the self-paced materials). Cohort features — live calls and community — run for the scheduled window of your cohort. We may improve or update course content over time; your access continues to the updated version.

4. The 30-day do-the-work guarantee

We offer a genuine, plain-English guarantee. We’d rather refund you in full than have you quietly unhappy. Here are the exact conditions, stated plainly so there are no surprises:

• Do the work. Complete the first two modules of the course, and
• Keep the log. Complete the drill log for those modules (the drills are built into the lessons and the workbook), and
• Ask within 30 days. Email us within 30 days of your purchase to say it didn’t make a difference to how you enter high-pressure moments.

If you’ve done those things and it hasn’t helped, we’ll give you a full refund — and we’ll suggest what to try instead, because we’d genuinely rather point you somewhere useful than keep money for something that didn’t land. To claim, email hello@trueflowinaction.com with the email address you bought with. We may ask to see the drill log; that’s the only condition, and it’s there because the guarantee is about doing the work, not about the course being a free trial.

5. Your consumer rights

Nothing in these terms takes away your statutory rights. Because a course is digital content delivered online, when you start accessing it you agree we can begin supply immediately — which can affect the standard 14-day cancellation right for digital content. Our 30-day guarantee above is deliberately more generous than the statutory minimum and sits alongside your legal rights, not instead of them. If a product is faulty or not as described, you’re entitled to a remedy under UK consumer law.

6. Acceptable use

Course materials are licensed for your personal use. Please don’t share your login, copy or redistribute the materials, or resell access. The community exists to help people; abusive or harmful conduct means we may remove access without refund.

7. Testimonials & consent

If we ever quote you, we only do it with your written consent on file, and we describe process outcomes only (for example, “stopped rebuilding my system after every red day”) — never earnings, never paired with money figures. We won’t edit a testimonial to make it sound stronger than you meant, we date it, and you can ask us to remove it at any time; we’ll take it down within 7 days.

Trueflow is education, not advice. Buying a course does not create an adviser, broker, therapist or doctor relationship. Please read our full disclaimer.
